Laser engraving, marking and labeling of almost all materials

The Gravis UV is a high-precision marking laser that has been specially developed for marking sensitive materials such as plastics, glass, ceramics or coated metals. Thanks to its short wavelength (355 nm) the UV laser enables a Cold-working labeling - without any thermal load on the workpiece.

Whether in the Automotive industrythe Electronics production or the Advertising industry - The Gravis UV impresses with the finest markings, high-contrast engravings and absolute material protection. With outputs of 5 to 20 watts it covers a wide range of industrial applications - efficiently, precisely and durably.

UV technology for sensitive materials and fine structures

Plastic laser marking with UV marking laser. Grossmann Lasertechnik - a German manufacturer of laser markers

The Gravis UV works with an ultraviolet radiation source in the range of 355 nmwhereby a Cold processing laser marking is possible - without any thermal influence on the material.

This technology is particularly suitable for Marking of sensitive materials such as plastics, coated metals, glass or ceramics. Even fine structures and filigree components can be marked with the highest precision and lasting contrast - without signs of wear or material deformation.

Especially with the Labeling of technical plastics the UV laser shows its strengths: clean, high-contrast markings, even on transparent or dark materials.

High-performance galvanometer

For the exact positioning of the laser beam within the marking field, the Gravis UV a High-precision galvanometer system for use. Two movable mirrors are used to combine the UV laser beam with extreme speed and accuracy to the desired location.

In all our systems we use Galvanometer scanner from a well-known manufacturer in Munich - for maximum reliability, fast response times and consistent marking quality in continuous operation.
