The license will be sent fully automatically by e-mail within a few minutes of receipt of payment, provided that payment is made via PayPal. If you pay in advance, the license key will be sent after receipt of payment on our account. Please check your spam folder if necessary.
The license key is valid for 365 days after the first activation. After expiry, you can use the software as normal, but you will no longer have access to software updates that may contain new functions. You can extend the license after the expiration date for a fraction of the license costs at Lightburn for a further 365 days.
You can only renew your license on the Lightburn manufacturer's website.
No. Since we send the licenses immediately after receipt of payment, an exchange is excluded. This is the only way we can guarantee every buyer a unique license.

With one license, you can use the software on up to two computers simultaneously.
Both computers must not use the same operating system.
If you need 3 computers, you have the option of activating 3 license slots.
In this case, however, you must contact Lightburn directly and request this third license slot (email to [email protected] with your license key)
LightBurn runs on Windows 7.0 or higher (32 or 64 bit), MacOS 10.11 or higher or 64 bit Linux (Ubuntu 20.04 or Fedora 36, anything else may not work as intended). Ubuntu users who are unable to upgrade beyond Ubuntu 18.04 should Version 1.2.01 instead of the current version.
LightBurn does not require a powerful computer for most work. However, if your designs contain many images, more memory is helpful. As with most things, a faster computer makes it easier to work with large images or complex designs. Vector graphics
